Welcome to "Stretch, Breathe, and Shine," fun and mindful children’s yoga classes at Seal Primary Academy, specially designed for children aged 7-11. These classes encourage young yogis to improve focus, build strength, breathe mindfully, and shine with confidence!

Each session is filled with gentle stretches, creative movement, and fun breathing exercises, all in a warm, welcoming environment that helps children feel relaxed and inspired.

Payment Options:

• Full Term: Enrol from January 4th to April 2nd for £65 and enjoy all sessions!

• Drop-In: Prefer flexibility? Join us anytime for £6.50 per class

(Term rate excludes the half-term date on 19th February)
